We know our promo staff witnessed the Seattle Seahawks defeat the Denver Broncos working this year and with the Super Bowl XLVIII viewership reaching 111.5 million people, we can bet you did too!

If you didn’t already know,  the Super Bowl is the most-watched program on television and the biggest non-holiday eating day. Americans, by industry numbers, ate 10 million pounds of guacamole, a billion chicken wings and washed it down with 52 million cases of beer. Depending on the source, it is reported that as many as 70 million people bet on the game and the commercials we watched will have cost companies $4 million for 30 seconds of our time.

And did you know that studies show people will not schedule weddings on Super Bowl Sunday or take vacations (except to go to the Super Bowl)?

The Super Bowl is crazy, over the top and that’s the point. But what’s a Super Bowl without super hot promo staff?  Promo Staff have the ability to drive consumer demand for a product, service, brand or concept by directly interacting with potential consumers.  And on one of the biggest days of the year, it’s obvious why Labatt Breweries and PMA agencies wanted us to help host their Super Bowl parties.

If you’re thinking that this form of marketing touches fewer consumers in comparison to the advertisements shown the day of, the fact still remains that consumers perceptions aren’t affected nearly as much. Scoring Results with Professional Promo Staff

On Sun., Feb. 2, Labatt Breweries booked a team of six gorgeous, smart-serve certified promo staff at three different venues to engage bar patrons in NHL trivia, participate in photos and of course, give away some amazing prizes. The team of promo staff were booked at: St. Louis Bar & Grill at Fairview Mall in Toronto, Jakes on Main in Unionville & Wrigley’s Sports Bar & Lounge at the Best Western in St. Catharines.

PMA Agencies booked a team of four stunning, smart serve certified promotional models at two different venues to distribute free samples of American Honey and Appleton Rum, take pictures with guests and hand out free swag. The team of promo staff were booked at: Voodoo Lounge & Cowboy’s Casino in Calgary

While promo staffing is only one small area of our marketing capabilities, Tigris regularly plans and executes all kinds of parties locally and nationally, but for our staff, these bookings are among the most fun for them. Needless to say, our girls were a hit at all of the venues and guests absolutely loved the special Super Bowl experience!
