Tigris teamed up with event marketing agency, Starshot to provide 3 hosts/hostesses for a brand experience for Ford Fiesta. The Toronto Campaign took place from early morning until late night Saturday, Nov. 29. Their main role was to host a group of winners from the Ford Fiesta contest and chauffeur them around the GTA as they attended various prearranged events. The main goal of our events staff was to ensure that the group had an unforgettable experience- and they definitely succeeded in their task!
Prior to the day long event, Starshot required a meet and greet with each Tigris events staff that was interested in the position. Many candidates applied for the position, but only 3 were selected for the event. Due to the requirements of the position, including the length of the event, it was important to have the most responsible and outgoing staff possible.
Our hosts/hostesses traveled in a Ford Fiesta with the contest winners and chauffeured them around Toronto throughout the day for their exclusive events, including an Arkells concert at the Danforth Music Hall! Not only did our events staff drive the winners around, but they ensured a positive experience for them by accompanying the winners to each event. Talk about a VIP experience!
