Creating a turnkey, experiential marketing event takes a lot of planning. This is a new concept of advertising for many businesses, but this unconventional method is extremely effective to create buzz and excitement around your brand. The main goal of this method is to connect with your consumers on a more personal level. It allows the consumer to physically experience your brand and create an emotional connection. Creating a  unique experience for your consumers stabilizes loyalty towards your brand. There are various different ways to incorporate experiential marketing into your events, and one way is to use experiential event hosting.

Our largest roster is located in Toronto, and of these temporary staff, hundreds of them are equipped with a resume fully loaded with event experience. The majority of our temporary staff have an interest not only in promotional modelling, as well as event marketing and face to face advertising. These individuals either have or are in the midst obtaining a degree in this industry  or have experience hosting on television and are comfortable in front of large crowds. Due to their unique abilities, we have no doubt in our mind that our staff are exceptional hosts for any size or type of event.

Recently, our Toronto events staff were offered the opportunity to apply for a unique promotional opportunity. The client was looking for experiential event hosting in Toronto and only wanted the best of the best. We provided the client with photos of our staff, and from there specific candidates were invited to go for a meet and great with the client. Following the casting, the team was shortlisted to 6 candidates who were asked to generate a short reel to demonstrate their hosting skills, important for the event executing and capturing it for post-use. This process was extremely detailed because of the importance the host would place on the experience for the consumer. The candidates chosen had to be upbeat, outgoing, personable, professional, and intelligent, because the host would be responsible for representing the brand for activities spanning 15-16 hours. The more thought you but into your promotion, the better the outcome!

Experiential Event Hosting for Unique Functions and Campaigns

Our events staff are able to take on an endless amount of responsibility for each event. These are trustworthy professionals we are talking about! In summer 2013, our team hosted a series of 6 backyard BBQ’s on behalf of Bell Media and Molson Canadian Cider. Tigris thought of anything and everything that could be needed to throw a fun bbq for the winners of a contest and then our events staff showed up and threw it for them! Our team lead was required to drive a large truck full of supplies ranging from a tent/tables to a Molson bar, 12 cases of beer, food, games – and of course the bbq. Needless to say, the 6 winners spanning 3 cities had an AMAZING time at each of their special events hosted just for them.

Our top promotional models are able to host an entire event, start to finish. An example of this is our participation in the annual “Koutroubis Charity Golf Classic” that has been running annually for 6 years. This special event celebrates the life and legacy of George Koutroubis, while raising money for both the Greek Community and Sick Kids Hospital.

During the afternoon, our gorgeous promotional models assisted with guest registration, selling mulligan tickets, handing out gifts and serving drinks on the course. When evening hit, the ladies dressed up beautifully to enjoy dinner with the golfers and sell more raffle tickets. Our hostesses did an amazing job at attracting golfers’ attention with their beauty and charm while interacting and engaging with them. Between ticket sales and the fundraising efforts of our promotional staff, over $30,000 is raised each year for the hospital.

For three consecutive years in a row, Tigris provided 5 classy, beautiful promotional models per event for app. 4-5 events per year for Agoracom’s Bay St. Hold ‘Em Poker Tournaments in Toronto. Our promotional models were required to host the party, mingle with guests and serve drinks. The guests loved the quality service and personal attention paid to them by our promotional models. Event hosting includes a variety of components. The promotional models must be able to mingle while consistently acting appropriate, ensuring that guests have a great time and be able to partake in discussions regarding the company.
