Our second month of beer sampling staffing for Original 16 was extremely successful. Our brand ambassador are responsible for providing samples to consumers at each sampling. In addition, they encourage consumers to purchase the Mixer Package, containing 6 Canadian Pale Ale + 6 Canadian Copper Ale.
Throughout February, our staff were to sample at 8 stores BC liquor stores. No formal training took place, however a detailed protocol was submitted to the staff for their review. Brand Ambassadors were provided fact sheets so they could answer any questions asked by consumers.

In addition to the shoppers enjoying the product, our team had a great time as well. One of our brand ambassadors stated, “It was a joy to speak to the Original 16 history and Canadian roots – this helped with sales!” It’s important to have staff that are passionate about the product.
