How do you get people excited about your new studio? Throw an epic launch party! Adam, founder of Astrolab Studios, had all the components of an amazing launch party. Catering, a live band, DJ, and interactive VR demos were planned to entice guests. To complete the event, Astrolab hired 3 promotional models to assist with studio tours. In addition, the promotional models were to encourage guests to fill out a forum for their chance to win free studio space.
The party was jam packed with potential clients. As our promotional models gave tours, the guests couldn’t contain their excitement for the new studio. It’s clear that Astrolab Studios, Toronto’s first on-demand film, photo and audio production studio will be a hit!

As you can see from the photos above, our team had some fun at the Astrolab photo booth. Throughout the night, they captured over 100 leads! It was easy for – staff to capture information due to the valuable contest prize. Who doesn’t want free studio space and equipment?
