The production team recruited 17 male and 22 female contestants to participate in this year’s shows which took place at the CNE Bandshell stage Jun. 30 & Jul. 1

The Process for a Successful Toronto Event Planning Firm

Tigris is a Toronto event rentals firm that has been planning these productions since 2004. They begin by recruiting contestants February to April and formally interviews/screens all participants at preliminaries in May. The production team is aiming to secure people who not only look good in a bathing suit, but are also ambitious, articulate and have a good head on their shoulders.

The production team also coordinates a series of pre-promotional events including photo shoots with Paul Buceta for online voting, TV appearances on CHIN TV and City TV, a high profile media launch party at Liberty Grand,
the opening/closing parties for the Italian Film Festival, Taste of Little Italy and rehearsals.

Tigris is also responsible for everything directly related to event planning and show production including music, choreography, props/decor, apparel/swimsuits, securing prizing from sponsors, securing hosts, writing the scripts and onsite event management.
