Did you know that the average Canadian spends a whopping 30 hours a week watching television? And of those people, six percent of Canadians watch programming on a tablet or smartphone and another four percent watch their favourite shows exclusively online.

These numbers may seem small, but they actually equate to millions of people. The fact of the matter is that the way we are consuming our TV entertainment is evolving and changing the way traditional television is being watched. Having Fun with this Sales Promotion

Partnering with our long time client, Krista Slack and their client, BellMedia, Tigris coordinated a team of events staff to execute a series of training sessions at cable offices in 17 cities spanning 4 provinces, from Sept. 23-Nov. 13. The sales promotion was geared towards training onsite customer services reps in a fun, friendly way to help them better retain the information and promote the app while fielding calls with cable customers.

People on the “go” will be happy to learn that TMN GO will be released on Android, X-Box and Samsung TV in the very near future. To send a message that sticks, the sales promotion tied in messaging about the app in association with Game of Thrones themed activities/prizing. Game of Throne’s is one of TMN’s hottest hit shows on TV right now.

What’s not to love about offering customers a premium television experience in an uncut and commercial-free environment while delivering diverse and entertaining programs , not to mention a free with a subscription to The Movie Network and The Movie Network Encore!
