No Frills No Pants Subway Ride
No Frills leveraged the iconic ‘No Pants Subway Ride’ to further connect No Frills with Toronto millennials. Our brand ambassadors wore branded No Frills underpants and joined hundreds riding the subway January 7. In addition, our team was to encourage consumers to share photos with #NOFRILLS.
- The No Pants Subway Ride is celebrated in over 60 cities and 25 countries around the world!
- The event was created by Improv Everywhere, a New York based comedy collective.
- 2018 marks the 17th anniversary of the initial New York No Pants Subway Ride.
Building Excitement for a Unique Consumer Experience
To build excitement towards the subway ride, our team communicated key brand messaging outside of The Killers concert Jan. 5. They distributed No Frills branded underwear and custom buttons to those exiting the Air Canada Centre. Guests were delighted and enjoyed both experiences. Below are a few testimonials:
