The Toronto Blue Jays approached Tigris to provide 40 energetic and engaging brand ambassadors for the Blue Jays Winter Fest. Onsite, our team was to manage multiple game zones within the field, engage with attendees and distribute free swag. Two Tigris Toronto event managers were responsible for the team of 40 staff to manage attendance, breaks and performance.
Winter Fest took place at the Rogers Centre – home of the Toronto Blue Jays – in Toronto, Ontario. Event staff were able to effectively engage Winter Fest attendees and fulfill all responsibilities, creating a lasting and positive experience for consumers. The events staff was provided with a navy blue Toronto Blue Jays Winter Fest branded long sleeved shirt and they were asked to pair it with black athletic pants and sneakers.
