The conference was to discuss 4 game-changing growth challenges facing Ontario’s tech entrepreneurs and the way forward. Attendees will find out how leading tech companies can tap into new sources of financing and get ready for exponential growth and discover the challenges and opportunities facing tech entrepreneurs. Most noteworthy, they will learn how BDC has been working with companies in the sector to help bring them to the next level.
Onsite, our team was to assist with 5 valuable components of the conference.
- Set up: signage, registration, and conference space.
- Event Registration: confirm registered attendees on the attendee lists provided; register new attendees who are not on the list. Provide attendees with any information regarding the conference.
- Directional: because the venue was so large, staff were positioned at the entrance with directions to the registration desk, in addition to the conference room entrance.
- Collateral Handouts: to be distributed as attendees exit. As a result, attendees left with a smile on their face!
- Tear Down: dismantle conference area
