Tigris has been working with Petcurean since 2015, and we are extremely proud to be working with this Canadian, premium pet food brand again in 2016! Our staff absolutely love working these events – who wouldn’t want to spend a weekend playing with puppies? Recently, Tigris provided 2 bilingual brand ambassadors to represent Petcurean at SNAC Sherbrooke, April 8-10.
Representatives from Petcurean were unable to attend the event, so our bilingual staff handled everything from start to finish. Our team was shipped the supplies and were responsible for setting up the booth prior to the event. They were educated on the brand with a 1 hour training call, along with a detailed training package.
Throughout the weekend, our staff engaged with guests, distributing coupons and free samples. They took the time to get to know each guest who entered the booth, suggesting a line from Petcurean that would work best for their cat or dog. Our team ran out of cat food samples on the first day!
