You may be wondering what it takes to execute a Chinese New Year Open House. Onsite we provided an Event Manager, 9 Chinese Event Staff, and 3 Chinese Sales Support Staff. Seems like there was a lot of staff on site, doesn’t it? The Event Staff were to assist with décor, greeting, catering, prize wheels, and directing traffic. The Sales Support Staff were to assist the Sales Representatives with answering guest inquiries, using Chinese as necessary. As a result, each staff was busy throughout the entire day.
Most of all, it all comes down to the little details! The staff wore white and black clothing with red accents. As a result, the staff are easily identified and stand out from the guests.
Calgary Event Planning – Catering, Entertainment & Prizes
Along with staffing, catering was planned. Due to the large number of guests, we ordered 600 pastries, 14 boxes of mixed green tea, and cases of bottled water fo reach location. In addition to catering, entertainment was provided. A large prize wheel was in each show home. In order for guests to participate, they were required to fill out a lead generation form provided. Therefore, the client was able to follow up with guests at the event.
