Our summer sampling promotion with Edo Japan has come to an end. However, it was a very delicious few weeks of sampling in Alberta! From July 17th to August 5th, our sushi street team promoted the new summer menu from Edo Japan.
The sushi summer street team went to local businesses to deliver sushi platters and refreshments from the new menu. For the second half of their shift, the team sampled the new products in-store. Throughout the summer sampling promotion, our team visited 6 cities. Cities include Red Deer, Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Brooks and Grand Prairie.
The brand ambassadors motivated local businesses to drop by Edo Japan for lunch or dinner. The new products enticed consumers and got them excited about eating out!
