Tigris provided special event staffing for Canada Beef on April 6th. The event was a re-branding event for Canada Beef, with a celebrity guest appearance by Canadian country singer songwriter Paul Brandt! Paul performed a few songs for guests and after his performance there was a family cook-off demonstration.
Our staff were responsible for serving appetizers while guests mingled, setting up a food station, polishing cutlery and glasses, as well as serving drinks. After the event, Paul Brandt gave each of our staff a signed copy of his record. What a great surprise!
