Tigris has been working with Rise Real Estate throughout 2015, and the relationship has continued into 2016 with a promotion involving student surveys. Rise Real Estate is a development company specializing in student housing. They currently have a building in London, Ontario called Luxe and they will be opening ICON this upcoming fall in Waterloo. Previous events with Rise Real Estate include onsite campus promotions at Western frosh week, as well as signing up students for tours of ICON and Luxe. For this event, Tigris supplied brand ambassadors in Calgary and Edmonton to engage with students at several popular universities to conduct student surveys. The short 1-2 minute survey was conducted on an iPad containing multiple choice questions around student housing. The purpose of the study is to help determine the level of interest and feelings toward student housing options and identify if this is a market Rise Real Estate should consider offering their services in. Throughout the promotion, Tigris brand ambassadors were able to obtain a total of 1,000+ surveys per school!
