An awesome Vancouver mall promotion for Black Friday was at Metropolis at Metrotown. Ivanhoe Cambridge contacted Tigris to provide a total team of 30 Brand Ambassadors and 2 Team Leads.
How does a Team Lead differ from a Brand Ambassador? Our Team Leads were responsible for checking in the staff, getting them their uniforms and ensuring break coverage went smoothly. In addition, they were to communicate with the client on site, assist with training, and take photos of the promotion.
Our Brand Ambassadors were to work at a particular entrance location/kiosk during their shift. Also, as per last year, a request was made for bilingual staff (Cantonese or Mandarin speaking individuals) to assist on site. The team was to aid guests with directions, sales and distribute gift cards.
