Tigris’ field market researchers teamed up with Hotspex to coordinate a huge study at Toronto Pearson called “Your Voice at Pearson”. In total over 30 field market researchers and event management were scheduled from 5am-10pm daily and post-security at Toronto Pearson Airport, to conduct surveys with traveler’s to gain insights into their thoughts and perceptions on the airport. There was a goal of 5,000 surveys to obtain in 7 days which was surpassed by 900 surveys. Amazing work!
