Registration Event Staff Toronto
TK Events approached Tigris to provide 50 registration event staff Toronto & 2 Event Managers for the Facebook Summit. Onsite, our staff were to assist with registration, directional, setup/tear down duties, etc. The events staff were divided up into 3 key teams: The Registration Team, The Greeters Team and Directional Team. As a result, the team was proactive and effective.
About the Event
The Facebook Summit is an annual event held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, March 27-28. The event objectives is to engage clients and agencies in a half day event that inspires and creates a community. This is followed by a special half day event tailored for Women in Business, #SheMeansBusiness. Because the event hosts hundreds of guests, it is important to keep the guests informed and organized. Most importantly, because our team had assisted last year, they were familiar to assist with the event in 2018.
