Tigris liaised with Hotspex to staff and execute a field market research study for Metrolinx to research public opinion on building a link train from Union Station to Toronto Pearson Airport – in time for the Pan Am games. Tigris booked a team of 12 field market researchers and event management per shift for 4 days. The survey ranged from 20 to 60 minutes long depending on how people answered but the team still managed to secure more than 500+ surveys during the program.
