Tigris teamed up with KoKo Patisserie to book a team of dynamic sales staff to conduct in-store tastings of Marcie Cake’s tarts and squares Nov. 30-Dec. 1. One demonstrator was stationed in Mississauga and and the other in Toronto to sample a variety of their products with customers to ultimately boost the sales of their pastries. Each demonstrator was expected to be well-versed in the product knowledge to answer any questions customers had. Marcie Cakes sold out in both stores mid way through the second shift!
