Tigris was contracted by Hotspex for the 3rd consecutive year to staff and manage a field market research campaign for GTAA at Pearson Airport. A team of field market researchers were booked for 8hrs/day x 4 days to engage travellers in a 20 minute survey and collect emails for a focus group. The team completed more than 1200 surveys and 750 emails in the 4 day blitz!
