Tigris supplied a team of car savvy events staff to execute a car clinic study conducted for Hotspex and an undisclosed automotive company. Participants were asked to complete a survey on the vehicles that were provided in the study room. The team of brand ambassadors were required to complete various tasks such as greeting respondents, checking them in/out, staying in the car clinic room to help direct traffic and ensuring everything flows properly. One person was also used cover busy areas and breaks and an EM to help with the flow of the study.
