Tigris teamed up with Hotspex for the 4th consecutive year to staff and execute a 2 week market research study for GTAA. The first week focused on retail feedback and the second centered on the participants travel experience. Tigris booked a team of 32 field market researchers + one project manager to staff one person at 11 kiosks, post-security, from 5:30am-2pm & 1:30-10pm from Mon., May 2-Sun., May 15. The team secured more than 4000 surveys May 2-8 and close to 5000 surveys May 9-15.
