Tigris teamed up with Hotspex to staff 54 field market researchersย stationed as observers per day from Aug. 2-5. The team worked from 2-10pm on Aug. 2-3 and 6am-2pm on Aug. 4-5 at 42-44 stations in Terminal 1 and 3 to monitor the curbside activity at Toronto Pearson. The temporary staff were responsible for calculating the length of time vehicles stopped for, what type of vehicles stopped, how many people/bags entered/exited the vehicles. This information from this field market research study will help Toronto Pearson determine their future plans to expand the airport.
