Tigris supplied a team of dynamic brand ambassadors for the Hero of Play event, in association with Canadian Tire. The community events were held throughout June. The events took place in multiple schools throughout Canada including Ontario, Alberta, PEI, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
The purpose of the event was to generate excitement around the upcoming Rio Olympics. This was done by hosting community events in various elementary schools. The client aimed to drive awareness for the well-being of Canadians, as well as their passion for sports. This was as an opportunity for communities to lead active healthy lives with a well-known brand.
The community events, led by Tigris brand ambassadors, included up to 11 game stations. Some of these stations were: Capture the Flag, Parachute, Soccer Baseball and Octopus Tag. The students were even able to have snack time with an Olympian!
