Tigris has teamed up with Krista Slack & Aylett for the Family Channel Mall Tour. The mall tour will visit several cities across Canada this summer. The cast members from Backstage, a popular Family Channel show will be performing and engaging with guests across the country.
So far, the mall tour has visited Pickering Town Centre on May 28th & 29th, as well as Coquitlam Centre June 4th and 5th. Guests with wristbands were able to receive an autograph from their favourite star. Our Tigris brand ambassadors were responsible for pumping up the crowd during performances, managing sales and encouraging participation at the various interactive stations set up around the stage.
For the nationwide mall tour, Tigris provided staff local to each city. This was an advantage to the program because the staff were familiar with the malls and were able to assist guests with any questions they may have. This also costs down on costs for our client, eliminating travel and per diems to use the same team in each city.
