Old Meets New at Palais Royal

Palais Royale is a venue we hold near and dear to our hearts – it’s where we are hosting our 15 Year Anniversary party! Famous for being a home to great musicians, this venue has recently undergone a renovation and therefore, is one of Toronto’s premier event venues. You can’t beat the view of Lake Ontario from the stunning waterfront patio.

This glamourous venue incorporates classic elegance with a modern twist. Most noteworthy, there are multiple spaces to host your event, including the:

Ballroom: This room features an original barrel-vaulted 30-foot ceiling and a stage. It holds 800 guests standing and 400 seated (350 with a dance floor).

Red Room & Parlour: The Red Room is an intimate space with a private bar that holds up to 25 guests, while the Parlour is ideal for a cocktail reception, holding 150 guests.

Courtyard Patio: 4,000-square-foot, two-tier deck overlooking Lake Ontario accommodates up to 318 guests.

Fun fact – The Shape of Water held their Oscar party at Palais Royale!

Host a Luxurious Event at Hotel X

Toronto’s only tri-level rooftop SkyBar. This location is truly unforgettable. Guests have multiple options throughout the venue to host their event, but our personal favourites include:

Falcon SkyBar: this area includes The Nest, Nook, and Lawn. Each space offers a different element, indoor or out, along with panoramic lake and city skyline views.

High Park Terrace: Imagine a secret garden – this space is an outdoor garden terrace with a retractable enclosure for chilly days.

New Fort Hall: This glass-enclosed exhibit commemorates the 1840’s, adding a historic element to your event.

Kandy Gallery: This space features the work of Canadian landscape photographer, Neil Dankoff. A gorgeous venue option for cocktail reception or fundraiser.

Be Humbled by the Historic CSI Annex Centre for Social Innovation

The Annex Centre for Social Innovation is a venue with 36,000 sq. ft. of social space located on Bathurst St. The beautiful exposed brick and vintage vibe is perfect for hosting all types of events including workshops, seminars, conferences, meetings and networking events. In addition, the open concept space allows for unlimited, interactive installations. Each of the five floors has its unique look and use:

1st Floor: Large, open community event space.

2nd and 3rd Floor: Private office space and shared desks to create a collaborative environment, perfect for team meetings.

4th and 5th Floor: Large private offices and project spaces for all of your experiential dreams!

The event space can accommodate groups ranging from 100 to 250 people and is wheelchair accessible.  It comes fully equipped with internet, AV equipment, projectors, PA systems, chairs, and tables. The location is excellent with public parking and moments away from Bathurst Station. Best of all, this venue is extremely budget friendly!

Experience Toronto’s Sophisticated Globe and Mail Centre

Encases in floor to ceiling glass windows, this elegant venue has a jaw-dropping view of the city skyline. This venue is conveniently located in the King East Design District, this venue is walking distance from the downtown core. Placed upon the top floor of Canada’s leading news organization, the indoor and outdoor spaces has a capacity of 400 guests.

The Globe and Mail Centre is ideal for conferences, receptions, award shows, galas, lectures, product launches, media events and much more. Showing a fancy presentation? The latest digital AV is technology is at your fingertips.

Event Hall & Lounge: This space is 3,700 sq. ft. and is flexible to multiple configurations. There is a beautiful marble bar with a private reception lobby for registration and coat check.

The Terrace: The 2,800 sq. ft. space offers a 180-degree view of the downtown skyline, including the Toronto Islands.

In addition, there are multiple executive rooms to host a private meeting, seminar or training. Room capacity ranges from maximum 24 seated to maximum 100 seated.

Inspire Guests at the Eglinton West Art Gallery

The 28,000 sq-foot urban style industrial loft is a breathtaking venue. The city brick and aged ceilings make an extremely unique venue. EWG can seat up to 650 guests as well as accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a cocktail reception. A unique feature is that the EWG is split into two separate venues/rooms – you can utilize both or move guests between the spaces. An added bonus for an event space in Toronto? Parking is free onsite!
