As 2019 is coming to an end, Tigris Events staffing and event planning agency takes a look back at 2019’s top successful marketing initiatives and events. It was the year of overcoming challenges, conveying strategic marketing tactics and successful event executions. As an award-winning staffing and event planning agency, our main objective is to bring our client’s visions to life with the “power of presence.” Tigris helped execute over 800 memorable experiences by creating, planning and staffing for top brands across the country. Without a shock, each event delivered successful results by creating meaningful interaction with consumers. Let’s stroll down memory lane and look back at some of our favorite client, XM activations and events.

Designer Cosmetic Brand – Holiday Bazaar

Tigris provided event management and logistics for a private shopping event across four different locations in Canada. Our event planning agency designed everything from start to finish by creating a concept proposal to sourcing linens and flowers. The ask was straightforward, but the execution required intricate planning and complex logistics. With only two weeks turn around time, Tigris event planners promptly constructed a critical path and delivered decor options, approved by the client before moving forward to the execution stages. We love developing creative concepts that see to client expectations and meet the allocated budget.

As a result, Tigris was able to produce four luxury events to showcase designer cosmetic products. The evergreen trees and delicate flower bouquets brought charm and beauty to the simple yet sophisticated event space.

B2 Communication – Holiday Events

B2 Communications always brings a smile to the WaterPark Place with their holiday activations throughout the year. Tigris brand ambassadors especially look forward to working B2 events, as they have the opportunity to spread holiday cheer, give away free treats, facilitate games and wear funky costumes. This warm-hearted activation is a great way to create brand awareness and offer building tenants a little fun during their downtime. In 2019, B2 Communications hosted an interactive TIFF inspired ‘red carpet’ experience that invited building tenants to take part in movie-themed activities. The photo booth and gourmet popcorn were a massive hit at for tenents. Tigris is looking forward to working alongside B2 Communications with their upcoming 2020 marketing initiatives.

Retailer Nation Tour

Tigris Events coordinated and executed a series of retails events nationwide with an average of 100 guests and approximately 60 retailers. The event deliverables included venue options in 30 cities, floor plans, images, menu selection and staffing. Tigris was also responsible for securing AV, transportation, and storage between all cities. This event required over 800 hours of planning, 10 proposals and over 160 hours of project management. These are all the reasons why it is imperative to hire an event planning agency for complex events.

In the end, Tigris event planners found this to be such a rewarding experience. We love seeing the months of hard work come to life! The tour wouldn’t be possible without our event managers who dedicated their time and efforts to create successful events.

HeydSaffer – Lollipop Exhibit

Tigris provided mature brand ambassadors to talk about “The Exhibit Nobody Wants to Talk About – Lolli.” This particular activation creates awareness of a growing social epidemic that is happening all around the world. Most Tigris activations are fun and exciting, but we have an appreciation for thought-provoking installations that pull people out of their comfort zones. The Canadian Centre for Child Protection’s “Lolli” uses the power of social media to raise awareness and create social reform. The Tigris team is honoured to be apart of such a monumental installation.
